Jonathan Grandmont is a Canadian real estate broker since 2004 and manages a team of 7 in Sherbrook, Quebec. His specialty is investing in multi family properties. He has a decade of experience with this and coaches other investors to do the same. Jonathan takes this expertise a step further by optimizing multi family properties. His keen sense of staging and framing a property to show its greatest use is a passion and an asset for him. Jonathan and his wife, Veronique, and their son, Maik, moved to Costa Rica in 2020. Since then, not only has he grown his portfolio internationally, he has also started the first local real estate photography business. In his free time, he loves to DJ for local clubs and train in the gym.
